Acceptance of a booking is acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions.
The rate is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the rate.
Check In
Is after 2pm for accommodation and after 11am for sites.
Check Out
Is before 10am. Late check outs may incur an additional charge, please request late checkouts with reception. An additional fee of $50 will be charged for a lost key.
Reception Hours
Reception is staffed between 2pm to 5pm daily (hours may vary in off peak season). For check-in and check-out outside of these hours please contact reception Ph: +61 407 567 899.
Deposits
A credit card, Eftpos or EFT deposit equivalent to the first night accommodation is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival. Group booking deposit is for the first night of each room and/or site booked. For discounted weekly stays the deposit is a non-refundable one week in advance payment. If departing during part of a week the rate reverts to the equivalent online nightly rate.
Changes & Cancellations
All deposits are non-refundable if your booking is cancelled. No refunds on early departures. All fees and rates are subject to change without notice.
Vehicles on Site
In the respect for the comfort of others staying at Noonamah Tourist Park, we only allow one vehicle per booking.
Guest Amenities – Accommodation
A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, soap and toilet paper has been supplied in your accommodation. Additional items can be purchased at reception.
Linen – Accommodation
All linen is provided in our accommodation except for pool towels. All beds are pre-made before guest arrival. A linen change/service will be offered if your stay is for more than 7 nights. Guests will be charged a fee to cover the cost of any linen, pillows or towels taken from the rooms or if it is left in an unusable condition. $50 per item will be charged to the card on file.
Room Servicing
Accommodations are not serviced unless specified or arranged in advance with reception staff, additional charges apply.
Guest Property & Securing Your Site/Accommodation
Whilst park management do their best to ensure a safe and secure environment, it is highly recommended that guests take the precaution of securing items of value during your stay. Any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you or your party, remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping. Please ensure to lock your vehicle and remove any valuables. No responsibility is taken by Noonamah Tourist Park nor its owners or employees for guests' personal property left on premises. Lost property will be held by the park for one month from departure date, if not collected it will be donated or disposed of.
Children
The park and its facilities are provided for the enjoyment of you and your children. The supervision of your children is important for their safety and to ensure they do not disturb other people in the park. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities or swimming pool.
Pets
We are pet friendly in our caravan sites only, small pets may be allowed on application at manager's discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your pet and travel needs. Please refer to our pet policy before arrival. Pets are strictly prohibited from cabins and rooms. If found to have pets or evidence of a pet in any of our accommodation a charge of the equivalent one night rate applies for the cleaning & deodorising of the accommodation.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of our accommodation types. Smoking is permitted on guests' balconies, please ensure the front doors are closed and use the ashtrays provided. If found to have smoked in any of our accommodation a charge of $300 applies for the cleaning and deodorising of accommodation. Rooms should be left reasonably clean. If excess cleaning is required additional cleaning charges of $100 will be charged.
Campfires
Strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
