Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of a booking is acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions.


The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the tariff.


Check in
Is after 2pm for accommodation and after 11am for sites


Check out
Is before 10am


Reception hours
Reception is staffed between 2 pm to 5 pm every day.
For check-in and check-out outside of these hours the 24 hour kiosk is open

Deposits
A credit card, Eftpos or EFT deposit equivalent to the first night accommodation is required at the time of booking. The balance is due on arrival.


Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable if your booking is cancelled. Deposits is equivalent to the first night rate of booking. No refunds on early departures and all fees and rates are subject to change without notice.


Vehicles on site
In the respect for the comfort of others staying at Noonamah Tourist Park, we only allow one vehicle per booking.


Fees

Day visitors welcome at managers discretion at a cost of $11 per adult and $5.50 per child between the ages of 2 and 16. Late check-outs incur a fee, please ask at reception upon your request for late check-out.


Pets

Pets are welcome on application at manager's discretion. Please contact us directly to discuss your pet and travel needs. Please refer to our pet policy before arrival.


We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.


Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.


Each online booking website has its own cancellation/refund policy that might also be relevant to the specific deal that is being offered - please check with the relevant website.
