Acceptance of an accommodation booking is acknowledgment and agreement to these terms and conditions.

The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any changes thereto may change the tariff.

A deposit is required to secure each reservation:

Provided 14 days notice is given. Bookings can be moved, however prices may change depending on the new booking period and amendment fees may apply. Customers may hold credit on their client account for up to 12 months.

Please contact our office. We will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Cancellation Policy (all cancellations must be received in writing):
 Please note: This policy does not apply after the stay has commenced.
No refunds are given for early departures or cancellations once arrived.

Cancellations (bookings through this website and phone bookings)

Please note that Noonamah Tourist Park is closed on Christmas Day. Arrivals and departures cannot be scheduled for this day.

The balance of your account, is payable upon arrival by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Please note that cheques are not accepted on arrival.

Different conditions apply for group reservations and reservations made via Travel Agents.

Check in time is from 3:30pm, and check out time is before 10.00am, daily (except Christmas Day)

In the respect for the comfort of others staying at Noonamah Tourist Park, we only allow one vehicle per booking.

We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.

Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Each online booking website has its own cancellation/refund policy that might also be relevant to the specific deal that is being offered - please check with the relevant website.
